Public rooms and services may be limited, however these hotels are generally considered good value, often with charming intimate features. 4-star (First Class Hotel) Standard are dependable and comfortable hotels with both excellent amenities and public areas - this type of hotel may be safely recommended to quality conscious groups. 5-star (Superior First Class) Above average hotels which are specifically designed and exceptionally maintained for the first class market - often with outstanding features. Bedrooms and public areas are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Superior First Class Hotels are appreciated by all groups and are essential for the most  discriminating groups.

How far in advance can i book?
You can book a mygrouptour package or create your own group tour up to 15 months in advance.

Is it necessary to have a tour guide/manager included on the tour?
We highly recommend using a tour guide/manager on extended European tours, as they are responsible for handling the daily logistics, including communicating with the driver, who often does not speak English. Tour guides also are responsible for confirming dinner reservations, doing hotel check-in/check-out, helping to navigate, and making alternate arrangements should delays occur. Our experience shows that without the assistance of a tour guide, groups usually do not have as smooth a trip as they would have hoped for. This is usually the case when the group is running late and arrangements at the destination need to be altered. The tour guide will be able to make those alternate arrangements with minimal effort since their knowledge of the area & resources available to them are invaluable, whereas a group leader would be unable to re-accommodate, leading to a possible disappointing experience.
