- Login - using your own membership registration
- Select hotels and other group travel suppliers you are interested in
- Hotels and other suppliers will send their competitive bids
- We will email you, or you can login to the site to view the bids and select the best price on offer
You will build your tour up element by element until you have your perfect group trip planned.
With MyGroupTour.com you can also manage your tour up until the departure.
Whether you have booked one of our Group Packages or created your own tour, the site provides you with a complete suite of tour management tools so you can:
- Create an email with your tour to send to clients or family and friends
- Enter name of people travelling and take bookings online or manually
- Issue receipts, reminders, joining instructions, feedback forms and other travel documents to people travelling in your group
