If you do find a lower price available from any other tour operator or online travel agent or retailer, for exactly the same booking and on the same terms within 24 hours of booking with mygrouptour, then we will be happy to reduce our quoted price to match the lower price and reduce our price again with the Price Buster Bonus

| To submit a Lowest Group Coach Hire Price Promise claim please send an e-mail to
customerservices@mygrouptour.com
with the following information.

1. Company name and web address or contact details of other tour operator or online retailer.
|
|
2. Price offered by other tour operator or online retailer.
|
|
|
| We will check your price match claim and contact you by e-mail within 1 business day. If you are eligible for a price refund we will immediately send you a revised quote confirmation to match the lower price and include the extra Price Buster Bonus discount .

| When you make a reservation or purchase with mygrouptour.com we will share information about you and your purchase with the hotel, attraction/theatre, coach company, restaurant, airline, rail company, cruise line broker, tour operator, and/or other service provider. We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your travel arrangements are confirmed with these travel providers or that your order of products or services is fulfilled.

| Our Lowest Group Hotel Price Guarantee has a few simple and straightforward terms and conditions:

The claim must be based on a like for like comparison of the same standard and size of coachroom and occupancy with the same services as those offered by Mygrouptour (e.g. Same pick up and drop off points,timings, service charges and taxes) and be for the same dates as actually booked.

You must make your claim within 24 hours of the time of booking.
|
|
|
Mygrouptour must verify the claim to their reasonable satisfaction.
|
|
|
The coach hire at the lower price must be available immediately by an on line booking to the customer. Coach hire not available for immediate confirmation are excluded.
|
|
|
The coach hire at the lower price must not be a special offer price, discounted due to a promotional price or part of a package.
|
|
The Mygrouptour price guarantee is subject to change at any time
