| Special Offer Newsletters and other Communications

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. From time to time we will send members newsletters containing information on new group supplier offers, new products and packages relating to their business. Out of respect for the privacy of our members we offer the option to not receive these types of communications. We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user regarding updates to our site and service and issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Many credit card companies will cover all of the charges that result from unauthorized use of your cards, and your maximum liability is just £100. If your credit card company does hold you liable for unauthorized charges made as a result of your credit card transaction with mygrouptour.com, we will reimburse you for your remaining liability, up to the maximum of £100.
